In my dreams, he says
He wants me to be a good listener
But I end up being a bad one
Yeah, I end up being a bad listener
And maybe the worst expressor

Iβm the one who has spent 1000 of hrs listening
Iβm the one who lends everyone my ears but no one my voice
Iβm the one who would rather choose to listen than to speak
And yet I would complain
Iβm a bad listener

I know I wrote

Single not answered
Yet my faith is not shaken cuz I know he read them all
I know he has faith on me
And I know he believes that I can handle everything
So he chooses not to write me back

Okay, there were few things in my mind while writing this . Basically the person says that she is a kind of messenger of God and she never expressed how she felt. But yes she did her best to hear others. But there were times she couldn’t hear and console them. And then she writes, she is a bad listener but above all she is the worst expressor because there were times when she heard but she never said . So at that time she wrote letters to God but never got a reply
And now at last paragraph she says it’s okay even if God doesn’t reply her, he doesn’t because he has faith on her and he believes she can do well. So now she is satisfied with her thought and says she would write more…..

I always try to keep it simple:
A good listener is the one who not only listens, but also understands what is being said. To understand what is being said, youβve to put yourself in that situation and when you put yourself in the situation, you WILL respond. But the speaker says that she does not lend anyone her voice. This indicates that she, yet, has to become a good listener. And she knows this exactly. Thatβs why the god is not responding- because they know that she accepts and is aware of her flaws and most importantly, is relentless in her pursuit i.e. they have faith in her. (One more explanation can be that they do not respond because if they will, she might get comfortable and lose a bit of desire.)
